A fun time at the Fur Rondy carnival. Grace and Emilee enjoyed the rides and each other's company.
A trip down to Alyeska. We stayed overnight in the hotel, and I got to do some skiing. The sun was out, it wasn't too cold, and there was fresh powder! This was one of the best days of skiing I have had in years. Even with the faceplant in two feet of powder.
On our way back up the Seward Highway, we stopped to admire the icefalls and the sun on the water.
When the snow starts to melt, I find myself wanting to make the most of it before it's gone. This year has been no exception.
