We have been trying to get out and enjoy Alaska some this spring and summer. We went for a walk at a local pond and a nice guy shared his extra bird food 'bread' with Emilee and Grace.
Emilee's birthday went well. She planned and managed her party, and her friends seemed to enjoy themselves. She isn't so keen on sugar these days, so she opted to make herself a birthday 'pie'.
And here's our annual lilac bush picture. It's become something of a tradition.
