We decided to climb a nearby mountain (Bird Ridge) and this time, Emilee and Grace made it all the way to the top. It started getting dark on the way down, and we had to slow our descent. We ended getting home around midnight.
We have gone for several bike rides this summer. Here's a picture of Emilee & Grace near Westchester Lagoon.
Grace asked if I would build her a desk, and I said sure, but she would need to design it. It took me a couple of months working on it in my spare time. Here she is with her 'custom built' desk.
We have a pool rule. If the temperature reaches 75, Grace can go swimming. Here she is cooling off with a friend during a recent 'heat wave'. The temperature went all the way up to 79.
Our car is now almost 2 years old, and it recently hit this milestone. Yes, I took this picture while driving.
